City of Ogdensburg Waterfront Development Plan

The adopted City of Ogdensburg Waterfront Development Plan outlines a fifteen year redevelopment framework to transition the City's current industrial waterfront land to a mixed-use area anchored by new recreational development, tourism-related retail and commercial elements and a creative mix of higher-end housing. The plan is based upon detailed market analysis identifying new opportunities for commercial relationships with the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority, Canada and other North Country tourism destinations. There is a detailed Action Plan for each of the development sites that identifies implementation steps, projected costs, and potential financing sources.
